How many of you get caught up in?being unhappy? Whether it?s an?issue with your family, a friend, significant other or a work issue. It?s?easy to?focus on the negative. Guess what?the negative won?t help you mentally or?physically! The negative mental stress can?lead to headaches, upset stomach, elevated blood pressure, chest pain, problems sleeping and elevated cortisol levels (which lead to unwanted pounds!).?Not to mention that?negative mental stress?does nothing for your mental state of being.
Choose happiness! Let non-important issues go. Let things you?CAN NOT change go. Try deep breathing, massage, relaxing music and reading a good book to rid your body and mind if negative stress.
